Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Not necessarily. Discovery looks at what should stay, what can connect and what needs to change. If an existing ERP or SAP environment is involved, integration options depend on the version, available interfaces, licences and access your team can provide.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on the scope, integrations, data quality and approval requirements. The first conversation helps establish fit. We can structure builds around a fixed price for an agreed written scope. Discovery, prototypes and any changes are scoped and priced before you commit. The proposal should set out milestones, assumptions and ongoing costs.
Who owns the software and the data?
Ownership, access to source code, data export, third-party licences and handover are addressed in the project agreement. We discuss these requirements early so your procurement and legal teams can assess the proposed arrangement before work starts.
How are security and AI accuracy handled?
We scope the controls around your use case: permissions, sensitive data handling, logging, evaluation and human review. Where AI is involved, outputs need appropriate checks. We do not treat AI-generated answers as a substitute for professional judgement or claim that AI is error-free.
What happens after launch?
Plan for source code, deployment documentation and training at handover, with licensing terms defined in your agreement. Your team can maintain the system, or we can scope ongoing support. Responsibilities, response expectations and future changes are agreed before launch.
